Joe Carroll Painting is a family owned company that specializes in interior and exterior painting and repair for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. Projects include apartment buildings, corporate offices, church buildings, school buildings, single-family dwellings, and more.

In addition to painting, Joe Carroll specializes in removal and replacement of window, doors and jambs, and any rotted wood. Stucco repair is also an important part of our job. We believe that quality prep work is essential for a quality paint job. Our company utilizes all of the latest equipment such as lifts, booms, scaffolding, sprayers, and pressure washers.

The Joe Carroll father-son company has over 25 years experience in the painting industry. We are licensed in Oregon and California, bonded by Surety Company of the Pacific, we also carry workmen’s compensation and liability through the State Compensation Insurance Fund.
